Walking is free. Without signing in you can walk inside the paintings, walk with others, and hear Vincent's answers in your room. Only asking Vincent yourself uses asks.
What "Ask Vincent" is
One "Ask Vincent" is sending Vincent one question and receiving his answer once, as text and in Vincent's voice. Vincent is a character played by an AI, based on Van Gogh's public letters, and his voice is a synthetic AI voice.
- An ask is used only when the answer reaches you. Nothing is used if no answer arrives, if an error cuts it, or if you cancel while waiting.
- Free asks are used first, then passes.
- Translating letters never uses asks.
Free
- Signing up gives you 3 free asks (asking by voice included). They are given once per person and per device; deleting your account and signing up again does not give them again.
- After the 3 free asks, a pass lets you keep asking (KRW 100 per ask in Korea, VAT included; see the prices below).
- When the day's free operating budget runs out, free questions stop for that day and we tell you ("Today's free questions are used up"). Questions with a pass continue.
